SRI Hockey Conditioning
Who we are ...
In order for youth players to reach their highest potential of play, they must extend themselves past their routine practices and league games. SRI Hockey provides this extension of training for youth hockey players in the Southern Rhode Island area at the University of Rhode Island’s Bradford R. Boss Arena. SRI Hockey offers extensive on-ice drills that focus on power skating, edge work, stick-handling and shooting. In addition, we offer off-ice drills that work on agility, endurance, explosiveness and strength.
Not only will your youth player learn, practice and perfect important technical skills, they will also have an opportunity to talk with college and pro-players and hear the experiences they went through as they enhanced their skills as youth hockey players.
Learn the skills, work the skills, perfect your skills!

Kim Eddleston:
My son Evan worked with Jon Biliouris over the summer to get ready for his first travel team tryouts. He helped Evan to develop his individual strengths and minimize his weaknesses. On his travel team, Evan lead his team in assists and was one of the top scorers. During the play-offs, Jon gave Evan additional advice regarding how his shot could be sharpened. The advice paid-off, Evan made two incredible assists during the semi-final game. Evan's team then went on to win the State Championship. In sum, Jon took a house-league player and helped turn him into a State Champ.
